Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and download the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
